Hey! I'm Angela and I'm so glad you're here.
As a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach I thought sticking with healthy habits would be easy as I got older and life got busier. After having kids, I tried to do wellness the "perfect" way - long workouts, strict routines, complicated systems... all the things at once (things that worked when I was younger and had less responsibility and less on my to do list). And every time life got messy, I'd lose my momentum and feel like I was starting over again.
